1/4 cup (40 g) thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (2 g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
