Cheesy, crispy chicken taquitos that deliver the perfect balance of comfort and flavor. Ideal for snacks, gatherings, or an easy family meal.
2 cups (300 g) cooked shredded chicken
1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (60 g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (40 g) finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
1 teaspoon (2 g) smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
12 small tortillas (6-inch / 15 cm)
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix chicken, cheeses, onion, and spices in a bowl until combined.
Warm tortillas and add 2–3 tablespoons of filling to each.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and bake 15–20 minutes, turning once.
Serve warm with dips of choice.
